Add Tracks and Audio in Velveteen
Updated June 12, 2026
On a DRAFT release, open the Tracks tab and click Add Track or + Add Track. Create or attach a recording, upload an audio file at least 30 seconds long, then complete track metadata, preview start and length, ISRC settings, contributors, performers, and the AI usage declaration on the track detail page.
Tracks are separate catalog objects linked to the release through release_tracks. Submission validates every attached track, not just release-level fields.
