Using Vee in the Velveteen Dashboard

You can open Vee from the dashboard Ask Vee button, use the mobile Vee button, open full-screen Vee pages under /dashboard/vee, and use contextual field-help cards on supported forms. Admins can also dictate into the composer with the mic button during the voice rollout.
Vee follows the surface you open it from. In the modal, it stays close to the current dashboard page. For admin users on supported browsers, voice dictation turns speech into editable composer text. In full-screen mode, it shows thread navigation and more room for longer conversations.

Ask Vee
The dashboard topbar button opens the Vee modal without leaving the current page.
Mic dictation
For admins during rollout, the composer mic button turns speech into draft text in supported browsers so you can review or edit before sending.
Mobile Vee button
The mobile bottom navigation promotes Vee as the center action.
Full-screen Vee
The /dashboard/vee route opens saved threads in a larger chat layout.
Field help
Field-help cards can pass field context so Vee knows which form field you are asking about.

Route context
Vee can detect supported dashboard entity routes for releases, artists, tracks, labels, and pitches.
That route context helps Vee understand which object you are looking at, but you can still name the object directly when you want to be precise.

Where is the full Vee page?+
The dashboard route is /dashboard/vee. Existing threads can open under /dashboard/vee/[threadId].
Can I talk to Vee instead of typing?+
During the rollout, admin users on supported browsers can use the mic button in the Vee composer to convert speech into editable text. It does not send automatically, so you can review the transcript first.
Does mobile have Vee?+
Yes. The web mobile bottom navigation has a promoted Vee action, and mobile can also fall back to the cloud Vee chat route.
Can Vee know what page I am on?+
For supported entity routes, Vee receives route context such as release, artist, track, label, or pitch.
Can I start a fresh Vee chat?+
Yes. The full-screen Vee surface includes a new-thread path, and the route /dashboard/vee/new starts a fresh conversation.
