Pro Support in Velveteen

The Pro plan includes a priority in-app support chat. It lives in the dashboard under Pro support and lets you hold a threaded conversation with the support team without leaving Velveteen. Other plans use email or, for labels, the Label support channel.
Pro support is the faster, in-app way for Pro accounts to reach a person. It complements Vee and the Help Center rather than replacing them.
