Track-Level Readiness Checks in Velveteen
Updated June 13, 2026
On each track, Velveteen requires a title, display artist, a primary artist, an audio file of at least 30 seconds, a genre, audio language, copyright lines, an ISRC or auto-generation, a preview window, contributors including a composer, performers, and an AI usage declaration.
Every track on the release runs through these checks. One unfinished track keeps the whole release out of review.
