Integrations in Velveteen

Updated July 1, 2026

The short answer

Integrations connect Velveteen to outside services from /dashboard/integrations. Google Calendar creates a Velveteen Releases calendar for release-date sync. Google Sheets mirrors royalty reports into app-created spreadsheets. Google Drive connects the native Google picker for file imports. Dropbox catalog imports use Dropbox Chooser from the artwork and audio uploaders, so they do not require a stored Dropbox connection.

Use Integrations when your release workflow already lives in another tool. The connected account is used only for the workflow you start in Velveteen, and disconnecting stops new syncs or imports without deleting files already saved in Velveteen.

What you can connect

Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar to create a Velveteen Releases calendar and sync release dates.

Google Sheets

Connect Google Sheets to manage royalty spreadsheets created by Velveteen.

Google Drive

Connect Google Drive to choose supported artwork or audio in the native Google picker and import it into your catalog.

Dropbox

Dropbox file imports use Dropbox Chooser from the upload surfaces. The stored Dropbox connection is only for account-level Dropbox access.

Ledgr

Ledgr appears as a coming-soon card for normal users. Platform admins can see the integration card.

The basic flow

  1. 1

    Open Integrations

    Go to Dashboard, then Integrations.
  2. 2

    Connect the provider

Choose Connect Google Calendar, Connect Google Sheets, or Connect Google Drive and finish the provider authorization screen. Dropbox imports are launched from the upload surfaces with Dropbox Chooser.
  3. 3

    Use the feature surface

For Google Calendar, use Sync now on the Calendar card. For Google Sheets, open Manage to choose spreadsheet settings. For Drive or Dropbox imports, use the artwork modal or track Audio tab.
  4. 4

    Disconnect when needed

Use Disconnect on the provider card. Existing Velveteen files and spreadsheets remain where they are.

Reconnect states

Google Drive can show a reconnect message when stored authorization is missing, expired, or no longer has the needed access.

Dropbox may show a reconnect state on the Integrations card for stored account access, but catalog imports through Dropbox Chooser do not require reconnecting there.

Tip

If Google Drive import says the provider needs to be reconnected, reconnect the same account first. Then return to the artwork or audio import.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the Integrations page?+

Open /dashboard/integrations from the dashboard. The page shows Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, and a Ledgr placeholder for most users.

Does disconnecting delete imported files?+

No. Disconnecting stops new provider access. Files already imported into Velveteen stay in your catalog.

Can I connect one Google integration without the others?+

Yes. Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Drive are separate cards with separate connection flows and scopes.

Why do I see Connect instead of Manage?+

The provider is not connected for your account, or Velveteen needs you to reconnect before using it again.
