Booking a Founder Call with Bradley Simons

Signed-in Velveteen users can book a 20-minute platform onboarding call. Active subscribers can book a strategy session (20 minutes for Artist, 45 minutes for Pro and Label). Both take place over Zoom Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Time, with a minimum 48 hours notice and up to 14 days advance booking.
How to Book a Call

Open the Booking Page
Sign in and open/dashboard/bookin your Velveteen dashboard, or select Founder Call in the navigation menu. - 2
Choose the Call Type
Select Platform onboarding for a 20-minute introduction, or Strategy session for a subscriber conversation. - 3
Select a Date and Time
Choose an available Monday through Friday time slot. The booking page displays the time in your selected timezone. - 4
Provide Call Details
Confirm your name and email. You can also add an artist or label link and a brief discussion topic. - 5
Confirm Your Call
Submit your reservation. The confirmation page and email show the call length and Zoom link.
Call Eligibility
Tip
Use the Upcoming call section on the booking page to manage your own booking. Provider changes are confirmed before Velveteen reports that a cancellation or reschedule is complete.
Frequently asked questions
Who is eligible to book a founder call?+
Any signed-in Velveteen user can book one platform onboarding call. A new strategy session is available to active subscribers and platform administrators: Artist plan members receive 1 call per calendar quarter (20 min); Pro members receive 1 call per calendar month (45 min); Label members receive 2 calls per calendar month (45 min).
How long are the calls?+
Platform onboarding is 20 minutes. Strategy sessions are 45 minutes for Pro, Label, and Admin members (20 minutes for Artist members).
What topics can we discuss?+
Onboarding is for learning how Velveteen works and deciding whether it fits. Strategy sessions can cover release rollouts, playlist and editorial pitching, distributor migrations, or making more of your subscription.
How far in advance can I book?+
Available slots appear up to 14 days in advance Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Slots require at least 48 hours advance notice, with a daily cap of 3 calls.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Open the booking page while signed in to view, cancel, or reschedule your upcoming call. A cancellation is complete after calendar and Zoom cleanup succeeds. During a reschedule, the original and proposed times stay reserved until Google Calendar and Zoom confirm the new time.
Can I have multiple calls scheduled at once?+
Each account can have one active founder call at a time, across both call types. An account can complete one onboarding call; a no-show counts as completed.
Does booking check the calendar?+
Yes. Velveteen checks Bradley's connected Google calendars and active booking reservations before showing a time and again when you confirm it. If the calendar cannot be verified, no times are offered.
